Franchise Reboot

For an illustration unit at university, the task was to reimagine a TV or movie franchise by changing its genre and time period. I chose Euphoria and reworked it into a psychedelic thriller/horror set in the 1970s. While the genre and setting shifted, I kept elements of the show’s original aesthetic—moody lighting, rich purples, and emotional intensity—to maintain its signature atmosphere in a new narrative context.
