Colourblind Challenge

Created entirely in grayscale, this vibrant piece was a total surprise—right up until the end. Inspired by a TikTok trend, I switched my iPad settings to black and white and illustrated without seeing any colour. It wasn’t until I turned colour back on that the full palette was revealed—bold, unexpected, and delightfully offbeat.

This experimental process celebrates intuition, happy accidents, and the joy of letting go. The result? A surreal and electric portrait that’s all about spontaneity, creativity, and embracing the unknown.
